Mission Trainings and ALA Junior meetings in 2022

Posted On: Friday, 03 December 2021

Registration is open for Mission Development Training 201 and national ALA Junior meetings!

Five ALA Mission Trainings and national Junior meetings are planned for 2022. They will be held at the same time and locations throughout the winter and spring.

Mission Development Training 201 will help ALA members overcome common hurdles in mission delivery. This opportunity is for active members looking to welcome and engage other Auxiliary members and supporters of the mission. The underlying belief in this training is that improving the member engagement experience will also drive membership. During this one-day training, members will learn how to identify and engage volunteers, solve roadblocks, and construct specific volunteer menu opportunities for success. For more information and to register for this special event, visit www.legion-aux.org/meetings/mission-training/

The 2022 National Junior meetings will give our younger members the opportunity to make new friends, complete service projects for caregivers, and learn more about the American Legion Auxiliary. These meetings are for ALA Junior members eight years old or older who are interested in meeting other Junior members that share the same passion for helping veterans and servicemembers. Visit www.legion-aux.org/Meetings/National-Junior-Meetings for more details.
