2026 National Convention Delegate & Registration Information

• Delegate Counts: Each department’s official delegate count is based on membership numbers as of August 1. This includes delegates from membership plus additional delegates-at-large (e.g., National Officers, NECs, Chairs, and PNPs).

• Registration Fees: A flat $35 per person applies to all delegates, alternates, and eligible guests. Fees must be paid by credit card during online registration.

• Online Registration: All delegate and alternate registrations must be completed through our online system by August 14, 2026 by the Department Secretary.
• Guest Registration: Guests (including junior members) may register online. Those under 18 are not charged a fee.

• Pre-Convention Meetings: Virtual committee meetings will run August 12–24. In-person meetings take place Saturday, August 29 in Louisville.  Registration info
