2025 National Convention Delegate & Registration Information
Delegate Counts: Each department’s official delegate count is based on membership numbers as of July 26. This includes delegates from membership plus additional delegates-at-large (e.g., National Officers, NECs, Chairs, and PNPs).

Registration Fees: A flat $35 per person applies to all delegates, alternates, and eligible guests. Fees must be paid by credit card during online registration.

Online Registration: All delegate and alternate registrations must be completed through our online system by August 11, 2025 by the Department Secretary.
Guest Registration: Guests (including junior members) may register online. Those under 18 are not charged a fee.
